About the Debate

“Are the challenges of 2024 for shipping up for debate?”

Cyprus Shipping News is excited to announce the launch of a new high-level event that will be happening yearly, ‘The 1st CSN Cyprus Current Shipping Affairs Debate’.

The first debate is schedule to take place on Wednesday 24^th January 2024 at the Columbia Plaza Limassol at 16.00.

The shipping industry will be faced with several challenges, in the year ahead with acute interest on the rising cost of fuel, the shortage of labour, the increasing complexity of regulations as well as the threat of cyberattacks.

The event will provide a platform for experts to debate these challenges with the participation of the audience hoping for discussion to be an engaging after noon.
