Terms & Conditions – Registration & Cancellation Policy
1. Registration Fee & Payment The event registration fee is £85.00 (inclusive of all applicable taxes) per participant. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your delegate place.
2. Participant Cancellations

7+ Days Notice: Cancellations received in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled Event date are eligible for a full refund (£85.00).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the Event date, as well as non-attendance (no-show), are non-refundable.

Written Notice Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
3. Delegate Substitutions Substitute delegates from the same organisation are welcome at any time prior to the Event at no additional charge, provided that the Organiser is notified in writing via email in advance with the replacement delegate’s full details.
4. Refund Processing Any refund due under Section 2 will be processed using the original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card) within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the written cancellation notice.
5. Invoicing & Official Receipts Upon successful completion of the online payment, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Official tax invoices/receipts will be issued by the Organiser (CSN MEDIA & PR CY LTD) and sent to the billing email address provided during registration.
6. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Liability In the unlikely event that the Organiser cancels or postpones the Event, registered participants will be offered the choice of a full refund of the registration fee or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date. The Organiser accepts no liability for any personal travel, accommodation, or other consequential expenses incurred by participants.
