Vice Admiral HCG (r) Nikolas A. Themelaros is a specialist on Seafarers’ Training – Labor Issues and experienced manager of Maritime Training Institutions. He studied Economics & Business Administration at the Athens Economics University, International Law of the Sea at the University of Hull and he graduated the Hellenic Naval Academy in Piraeus He has been Head of the Seafarers’ Training Directorate at the Ministry of Shipping & the Aegean, Training Manager and project leader of the “MARIA TSAKOS TCM ACADEMY”, Head of Maritime Training Unit for Ships Officers at the New York College and Human Element Consultant at the Palau International Ship Registry.
