Tim Lissow

Managing Director - Intermaritime Management GmbH

Tim is the Managing Director of the German office of the InterMaritime Group, overseeing the ship management operations in Germany, including fleet personnel operations.

With a lifelong connection to the maritime industry and a deep passion for the sea, Tim holds a postgraduate degree and brings over 23 years of experience in ship management. He joined Interorient Germany in 2008 and has held several senior positions within the company, becoming Director in 2019. Since the beginning of 2025, following the integration of Interorient Germany into the InterMaritime Group, he has continued to lead the German operations under the new corporate structure.

Throughout his career, Tim has placed a strong emphasis on seagoing personnel, promoting their wellbeing and fostering effective communication between vessel crews and the shore-based teams.
