Susanne Coulibaly is an Operations Manager in Hamburg with over 20 years of experience in maritime logistics. Inspired by her seafaring father, she began her career at AIDA Cruises and now also serves as Second Chairwoman of WISTA Germany, promoting gender diversity and inclusion in the shipping industry.  Susanne is a committed advocate for DEI, supporting initiatives that create equitable workplaces.
