Stephanie Elias Eid is the Chairwoman and a key shareholder of Blue Wave Shipping Agents and Navy Group International, two prominent companies in the maritime industry. She began her career at just 18 years old, serving as her father, Elias G. Eid’s, trusted deputy and operations lead. This early experience allowed her to develop deep operational expertise in vessel protection and maritime logistics.

After her father passing in 2021, Stephanie took over the leadership of both companies at the age of 33, embracing the challenge of continuing his legacy. Under her visionary guidance, Blue Wave Shipping Agents earned the prestigious Best Ship Agency award at the Robban Assafina Maritime Awards Night 2023, a testament to the company’s excellence and innovation.

Stephanie was also honored as one of the nominees for Leading Women in Shipping, recognizing her influence and leadership in the maritime sector. Additionally, she was invited as a guest speaker at a networking breakfast organized by the Global Women Club Cyprus, where she spoke about empowering women locally and connecting women globally.

Combining hands-on industry experience with advanced business education, Stephanie holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Paris and ESA Business School Beirut. Her leadership emphasizes growth, transparency, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies to navigate the evolving maritime landscape.
