Simon has been engaged in the maritime HR business last 30 plus years. In this period he has been working both on Owners and on Managers side – and with crewing from most of the world.

He has been based mainly in Denmark but has also been having periods both in Hong Kong and in Singapore.

Simon has vast experience in both Marine HR operations but also he has been leading various different projects to review improvement for seafarers and their conditions during his career.
