Dynamic maritime HR professional and entrepreneur with +20 years of experience in crew management, recruitment, and shipping operations. Founder and Managing Director of two successful maritime employment agencies, specializing in connecting qualified seafarers with international shipping companies.

With 20 happy years in crewing, my personal goal is to have at least 20 more and to leave a legacy of modern crewing practices for generations to come.

I have mentored several young people already within my organization and watching them grow into independent managers and new decision makers, it is my absolute pride.

Now, as my company is turning 7 years of age, whereas the work is distributed amongst colleagues, I have extra time to engage in activities that have always been near to me but somehow the timing wasn’t perfect. 

I am focused on attending international exhibitions, congresses and summits where I can get the most of networking to exchange knowledge and perspectives and keep up with trends in the industry.
