As an energetic and engaged leader, I am responsible for a team of 100 colleagues across five offices every day. With a positive outlook and a sporty mindset, I focus on results while building strong relationships. Expanding in “taking care of maritime professionals” is my true passion. Through collaboration and sharing our knowledge, I hope we can make a tribute to the professionals in the maritime industry.

Outside of work, I am a passionate bon vivant who loves to cook meals for friends and family—always paired with the right wine. Together with my wife Elles, I enjoy family life with our adult children, Daan and Iris. Recently, we have become proud grandparents to our grandson Ward-Jaan.
