Nicos Paneras

CSO - InterMaritime Shipmanagement

Nicos Paneras is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of InterMaritime Shipmanagement, where he leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the InterMaritime Group – a company established in 2024 through the merger of Intership Navigation and Interorient Shipmanagement.
He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Shipping and Finance.
Nicos began his career in audit and accounting before advancing to senior financial roles within the shipping industry. From 2015-2024, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Intership Navigation, which was part of the Hartmann Group at the time. Following Intership’s separation from the Hartmann Group and the creation of InterMaritime, he assumed his current role as CSO of InterMaritime Shipmanagement.
