Director of Fleet Management – COO Office - Benhard Schulte Shipmanagement

Nick started his career as a deck officer cadet and was sailing in senior deck officer positions before coming ashore in 1994. A period working as Shore Captain / Operations Superintendent for Wallenius Whilhelmsen (UK) Ltd ended with the acceptance of a position as Marine Superintendent with Dobson Fleet Management, Limassol, in 2000. Nick was promoted to Safety Manager with Dobson Fleet Management in 2001, later moving to Bernhard Schulte at the start of 2009. Since joining Bernhard Schulte Nick had taken various operational, safety, and security related roles, culminating in promotion to Group Director Fleet Management in 2023.
