Marios Nicolaou heads Sales and Business Development at Adacom Cyprus, a leading regional cyber security services and solutions provider. With over two decades of experience in the ICT industry in Cyprus and Southeast Europe, he leads Adacom Cyprus growth initiatives. 

Marios holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in International Business.  He spent 11 years with Oracle Cyprus holding senior roles in Sales, Channel, and Business Development across the market and solutions portfolio. He also led for 11 years the Sales and Business Development unit for Service Providers at Logicom Solutions for Cyprus and Malta. 

Marios is focused on customer enablement and success by enabling his experience and his passion for creating long term business relationships.
