Gudmundur Ebenezer is a clinical psychologist and the founder and CEO of Lifekeys, a Norwegian health technology company. Lifekeys provides a psychology-driven software platform that helps companies and maritime organizations strengthen resilience, workforce development and employee support through digital training, assessments, psychological support and organizational insights.

With more than 20 years of experience as a psychologist, Gudmundur has worked with individuals and organizations across a wide range of settings, including business leaders, professionals and high-performing individuals. His work focuses particularly on resilience, psychological wellbeing, performance under pressure, and how people respond and adapt to demanding periods, setbacks and change.
