With over 25 years in the maritime industry and more than 23 years within the Schulte Group, Eva Rodriguez is a recognized leader in maritime talent development, workforce strategy, and crew welfare. In her current role she focuses on advancing crewing initiatives across Africa, strengthening the company’s presence in Ghana through its Crew Service Centre and Maritime Training Centre, and building sustainable global talent pipelines aligned with long-term ship management, technical, and crewing needs. 

Through strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions worldwide, Eva works to align academic outcomes with industry requirements, ensuring a future-ready workforce equipped to meet the evolving demands of the maritime sector.

Passionate about creating barrier-free pathways into and through maritime careers, Eva champions diversity, equity, inclusion, welfare, and human development as key drivers of innovation and performance. She is committed to developing new nationalities and talent sources, and expanding opportunities for emerging talent.
