Elena is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience in audit, financial management, and investment strategy. She is the Founder and CEO of T.H.E. Olea Business Consultants Ltd.

She began her career at Deloitte, progressing to Director level, and then moved to different senior leadership roles leading complex, multi-jurisdiction financial operations. Following these roles, she took the decision to launch her own company offering financial leadership and advisory services.

In addition to her professional achievements, Elena is a proud member of the Limassol Committee of the Little Heroes Foundation, where she actively contributes through volunteer work. Today, she joins us to present the work and impact of the foundation.
