Chief People and Sustainability Officer - Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement

Bjoern Sprotte is the Chief People and Sustainability Officer of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) and joined the company in June 2024. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, he oversees all HR activities for shore and marine operations at BSM as well as the environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy across the wider Schulte Group.
He has extensive experience in the maritime industry and has previously held senior management positions in various ship management, ship owning and cruise companies.
Bjoern holds a Diploma in Engineering and Qualification as Navigational Officer / Master as well as a Master of Business Consulting.
