Andreas Neophytou

Joint Managing Director - Marlow Navigation / President - Cyprus Shipping Chamber

Andreas Neophytou is a highly respected shipping executive with more than four decades of experience in the maritime industry. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (F.I.C.S.) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (M.C.I.Arb).

He began his career in shipowning companies in Greece, and Egypt, gaining extensive operational experience. across all departments. In 1983, he joined Marlow Navigation Co. Ltd. in Limassol, where he served as General Manager and later as Joint Managing Director until today. During his tenure, he jointly managed one of the  leading shipmanagement companies, with a strong focus on third-party technical and crew management, operating in 14 countries.

Mr. Neophytou is President of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber, actively contributing to the development and promotion of Cyprus as an international maritime centre. He has also participated in numerous national and international shipping committees and previously served as a member of the EU Task Force on Maritime Employment and Competitiveness.
